$5.00 deposit required to reserve each whole chicken desired. (ie. 4 chickens will require a $20 deposit) –The remainder of the balance will be due at pick-up. –Whole, vacuum-sealed chickens are $4.00/lb. The average chicken weighs approximately 6lbs. –You will be notified via email when the next poultry harvest will occur. (Typically July and October.) –Poultry will be fresh on day of pick-up and frozen thereafter.
